love. love. love. This session was amazing. And my FIRST senior session #nbd. Of course I can't take all the credit, my lovely cousin Patricia was the easiest person to photograph. Isn't she beautiful!?! The ten hour round trip drive was totally worth it ;) 

I'm sure looking forward to what the next few years have in store for you Patricia! And, ahem, GO COUGARS! 

home tour 2015

So it's not my dream home, by any means, and I'm not interiors photographer, or an interior designer, but a few people have asked so I thought I'd finally take a morning to photograph our home. I know I'll be glad someday that I recorded what looks like right now, just like I'm glad I shared our previous homes (seen here and here). So there you have it, a little tour of where we live. I've got plans to do a little more explaining, especially with the blue couches, and green chair (mostly so someday I can remember why I made those crazy decisions ;) ). And I'll share the kids room soon, and our room, maybe someday haha. It's a work in progress....

picnic under a magnolia

I can't believe I never blogged these, but we went for a picnic a few weeks ago. We met up with some friends and ate under a big, beautiful, pink magnolia tree in full bloom. And it was wonderful. And a little chilly, but oh my goodness am I excited for summer and weekly picnics, and letting a couple little hooligans of mine run free and be dirty.
